30 Days of Thanks 2015 – Day 18

Today I'm thankful for a dad at the little monkey's school who has taken it upon himself to start up a volunteer group of other dads to help with traffic drop-off and pick-up so that our kids can be safe. We need more people like him in the world because he cares about all kids, not just his own. And with the way some of the people in my neighborhood drive, this is so needed. For this, I am so grateful.

30 Days of Thanks 2015 – Day 12

Today I'm grateful for this cold, for one reason and one reason only. I know my body is making antibodies for this particular strain of yuck and when Charlie looks as milk drunk as the little monkey does in this picture, those immunities will be passed on to him. For that, I am thankful.
