Today I am thankful to live in a relatively walkable neighborhood. There are 3 good restaurants within a 5-minute walk, about 5 more within a 15-minute walk, 2 grocery stores within a 3/4 mile radius, not to mention a park, a library, cleaners, bus stop, bank, 2 coffee shops (both Mom and Pop), and now an organic ice cream parlor… Read More
Today I’m thankful for a leisurely morning – to eat slowly, to shower after a proper breakfast, to get adorned with robot and mermaid stickers, to listen to tunes on Pandora and to dance…. And for a leisurely afternoon at the nature center where we got to be amongst green trees, blue birds, white snakes, and in the end…pink skies.
