Autumn = Pumpkiny Things #2

It smells so good, it makes me want to nibble on my arm...

Today’s edition of Pumpkiny Things is about butter for my body. Not the kind I put inside it, but the kind I get to put on the outside.  I realize I’m beginning to sound like a spokesperson for Trader Joe’s, but I swear that I’m not. They just have awesome things that cause me to feel the happys.

At the beginning of the Pumpkin Onslaught of 2014, I purchased TJ’s Pumpkin Body Butter.

I slathered it on my arms…and I wanted to eat them…because it smelled like a pumpkin pie washed down with a pumpkin spice latte. Thank you Universe for this creation.  Go buy some. Like now. Oh and by the way, it feels really good when you put it on too, not too greasy, definitely moisturizing. Delicious to have on, just not to eat.

I'm 42, a remarried mom of an 8 year old girl and a toddler son, a teacher, and a writer. People tell me I tend to be brutally honest and ...tell it like it is, so I had hoped to use this outlet to keep me sane while I got used to my new life as a stay-at-home Mom back when I was home with my daughter....it worked. And it's been therapeutic through the end of a marriage and the emergence of me...

  1. The ingredients are probably pretty healthy too. Their shampoo is one of the few that doesn’t have sodium lauryl sulfates. Doesn’t cost a lot either. Uh oh, sounds like I’m joining the Trader Joe’s pitch, lol
