Hidden behind glossed
green lies intense, fragrant blooms
awaiting notice.
These wonderful flowers greet me every day as there are loads of them in our courtyard. I have a sensitive smeller, and they are too much for me to have inside, but boy do I love the wafting goodness outside.
What’s the top blossom in your garden?
Star Jasmine us pretty too, the gardenia is a favorite as well as any rose .
We have the star jasmine in the courtyard too 🙂
One of my favorite smells in the world!
One of my four fave flowers! 🙂
Tiny holly tree blooms–especially in the evening. Also lilacs in the spring.
I love gardenias, roses, lavender, jasmine, hyacinths! The garden is my favourite place. 🙂
Gorgeous! So delicate! Reminds me of the song “Blue Gardenia,” Dinah Washington’s version. Takes you back in time…
I obsess over them, especially when they are first growing. From bud to when that bloom first unfurls….magic! Thanks for visiting and commenting Colleen 🙂
